We are looking for highly talented, self-motivated, and hard-working personnel to join our team to study cardiovascular development.
We utilize both in-vivo and in-vitro systems in our studies. For in-vivo studies, we use mouse as a model organism. We also perform various in-vitro experiments including cell, tissue, and organ culture to investigate various questions related to coronary vessel (vascular network that feed heart muscle) development. In addition, our lab routinely uses confocal and other fluorescent microscopy systems.
Our research program is designed to train both undergraduate and graduate students in biomedical research so that the students are well trained for future careers both in academia and industry.
